Supporting Young People to Live Safely, Independently and with Confidence

Brightsky Youth Services is a specialist provider of supported accommodation and tailored support for young people aged 16 to 21, including care leavers and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC). We work with local authorities and partner agencies to provide safe, stable homes where young people can rebuild trust, develop independence, and prepare for adult life.

Our placements are carefully matched to ensure suitability, effective risk management and clear progression planning.

Many young people placed with us have experienced disruption, trauma, loss, or displacement. Our role goes beyond providing accommodation. We create structured, nurturing environments where young people feel safe, respected, and supported to move forward.

We provide supported accommodation that balances care with accountability. Young people thrive when expectations are clear, boundaries are consistent and support is compassionate. Our environments are structured, nurturing and designed to promote independence.

Safeguarding underpins everything we do. We operate in line with statutory guidance and the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023. Clear procedures, regular risk reviews and decisive escalation ensure young people remain safe and protected.

Our support model is outcome-driven. We focus on increasing placement stability, developing life skills, supporting engagement in education or employment and enabling planned, positive transitions into adulthood.
